We use your information to operate the marketplace, connect tenants with verified listings, process inquiries, verify property owners, and provide rental management automation such as rent notifications and maintenance handling.

We may use contact details to send service-related communications and important updates about your account or listings.

To keep the marketplace safe, our team reviews and verifies listings before they go live. Verification may involve reviewing the details and documentation you submit about a property.

We do not sell your personal information. Contact details shared through an inquiry are made available to the relevant property owner solely to facilitate the rental conversation.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, and where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
