By accessing or using Neski, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You may register as a tenant to browse and inquire about listings, or as a property owner to list and manage properties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions. Listings are subject to review and verification before being published.

You must have the legal right to list any property you post. Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings may be removed and may result in account suspension.

Tenants agree to use inquiries and contact details only for legitimate rental purposes. Harassment, spam, or misuse of owner contact information is prohibited.

Neski provides rental management automation such as room assignments, rent notifications, key money tracking, and maintenance handling. Subscription plans (Mini, Plus, Pro) are billed as described on the platform and may change with notice.

Where applicable, subscription fees are charged in advance. Free trials, when offered, automatically transition to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Neski is a marketplace and management tool that connects tenants and property owners. We are not a party to any rental agreement and do not guarantee the conduct of any user. Rental arrangements are solely between the tenant and the property owner.

Neski is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neski is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
